Casual Days For Enrolled Families
Last minute plans and needing childcare outside of your enrolled days? Casual Days give our enrolled families the flexibility of picking up additional days of childcare when they need them. Casual Days are now available at most of our campuses, and booking a Casual Day is simple. Book a Casual Day directly via the Xplor Home App or speak to your Centre Director.
Automated bookings through Xplor:
To make things more convenient, most of our campuses now offer automated bookings through the Xplor app. Simply follow the steps below to make a Casual Day booking:
- Access your casual day bookings as normal through your Xplor Home app.
- Choose your casual day preference through our new calendar view that shows available bookings.
- Confirm your casual days by selecting the room your child attends.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly via a notification.
Should you not see your child’s room available on the day you want to book, it means the room is full on that day, call the campus to let them know you wish to go on a waitlist for that day. Please also contact the campus if you need to change or cancel the booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.
